I’ve been seeing cut out dresses for so long but never been brave enough to attempt to cut out my own (previous attempts at altering clothes have been… disastrous!) But this is a great tutorial on how to do it properly. And I love that you could wear this plain (if you’re willing to show off some skin!) or with different shirts underneath. Or you could even try doing the cutout on the back of the shirt, or even try a circle, teardrop or star shape!
